We have introduced to Artsakh Republic President the 2019 draft state budget. Budget revenue part is envisaged to be 112 billion 300 million drams and expenditure part-about 111 billion drams.

STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 12, ARTSAKHPRESS: Artur Harutyunyan, Minister of Finance of Artsakh Republic, said in an interview with ''Artsakhpress'' after the working consultation convened by Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan on November 12.
He noted that the budget proficit (surpass of revenues over expenditures) comprised 1.3 billion drams, which is unprecedented for Artsakh Republic.

“We have an increase of expenditures mainly in capital investments- about 1.6 billion drams, in healthcare sector about 770 million drams and in social protection -480 million drams.
In terms of capital investments the expenditures will be directed for the economic development, as well as for the implementation of construction programs of several objects with social significance.
The increase of expenditres in healthcare sector is mainly conditioned by salary increase of medical staff by about 15%, as well as by implementing a number of new programs.
The increase of expenditures in the social sector is conditioned with the introduction of the accumulative pension system in Artsakh from July 1, 2019, connected with the additional revenues paid by the state”, the minister noted.
