STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 20, ARTSAKHPRESS: Adviser and representative at large to the Artsakh President, Arayik Harutyunyan, wrote this on his Facebook page.
Harutyunyan noted that as a result of discussions with philanthropist Vladimir Avagyan, kindergartens will also be opened in Khnushinak and Herher communities of Martuni region, and the second building of Karmir Shuka (Red Market) kindergarten will be completely renovated.

"We have also agreed with Mr. Avagyan to construct new gyms in Martakert, Martuni and Hadrut. The gyms will be equipped with modern sports equipment. And a large sports complex to be built in Stepanakert. The territory of the complex will cover more than 2,000 square meters,” Arayik Harutyunyan wrote and added that additional conditions are being created for our children to have a careless and happy childhood.
Mr. Harutyunyan touched upon the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund's annual telethon to be held in Los Angeles on November 22.
"I think it's a good opportunity for each of us to demonstrate our unity and solidarity in the way to implement national goals step by step. It is not a secret that additional funds are of great importance for the development of Armenia and Artsakh. So I urge all of you to take an active part in this year's telethon," Arayik Harutyunyan wrote.
