STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 26, ARTSAKHPRESS: As “Artsakhpress” reports, Karen Shahramanyan, Minister of Urban Planning of the Republic of Artsakh, stated this on November 26.
He noted that two-stage renovation works of the dwelling houses are coming to an end.
"Construction of 8 more dwelling houses has begun. Thus, the community we will have a school, a kindergarten, a community center and a hall designed for events and gatherings," said Shahramanyan.
