STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 30, ARTSAKHPRESS: The President congratulated the servicemen and veterans of the system on their professional holiday, noted the importance of their service and touched upon a number of issues and tasks to be implemented.

For scrupulously fulfilling the official duties, achieving good results in the course of the service and in connection with the professional holiday the Head of the State handed in state awards to a group of servicemen and conferred a rank of Police Colonel to one officer.
Chief of the Republic of Armenia Police Valeriy Osipyan and other officials partook at the event.
