STEPANAKERT,  DECEMBER 8, ARTSAKHPRESS: The Mlada fronta DNES daily published an article quoting Koudelka on Friday, TASS reported.

"Earlier in the year, we have informed those we must inform in accordance with the law that we managed to eliminate a Russian Special Forces intelligence network acting on the territory of the republic. Its activity has been paralyzed completely," Koudelka said.

"In the last five years, we have prevented dozens of Russian and Chinese intelligence officers from carrying out their activities through our recommendations [to the Foreign Ministry] not to grant them accreditation and expel them from the republic without publicity."

Koudelka’s statement came in response to Czech President Milos Zeman’s criticism of the annual counterintelligence report, which stated that Russia and China are allegedly carrying out intelligence activities in the country.
