The United States, Great Britain, and Germany are behind the formation of the army of the self-proclaimed Republic of Kosovo, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić stated Friday, news.am reports.

STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 15, ARTSAKHPRESS: “The Albanians and their backers never wanted a compromise,” he said. “The United States, Great Britain are behind all that they did, and Germany also [is behind]—on the Kosovo army matter.”
The Kosovar parliament on Friday approved the bills on turning the country’s security forces into a full army.
