STEPANAKERT,  DECEMBER 17, ARTSAKHPRESS: As "Artsakhpress"reports, according to the memorandum, with the sponsorship of Sevan Torosyan, 10 citizens of Armenia can get education at "Yeznik Mozyan Vocational School" and receive scholarship.

In its turn, the college is committed to provide them with quality education in line with the requirements of modern labor market.
Arayik Haroutyunyan, Acting RA Minister of Education and Science, said that Artsakh's educational system is being integrated into the educational system of Armenia.

"Cooperation between the two ministries is very important for us. The idea of the initiative originated in the summer of the current year when we understood that we need specialists who are being prepared in Artsakh. While studying the field, we noticed that we have a very good educational facility in Shushi.

We started to look for new partners for implementing the program. Sevan Torosyan responded and at this moment we can state that in the next academic year 10 students will be provided with a scholarship. With their professions they will find their place in the labor market, "said A. Haroutyunyan.

Minister of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Artsakh, Narine Aghabalyan, said that with this initiative they break stereotypes.

"So far, Artsakh students have been studying at the Armenian universities within the framework of the state order and with this step we start the opposite process.Today Shushi is aspiring to become a pan-Armenian educational center and our steps should be aimed at providing educational institutions with the necessary resources,” noted Aghabalyan.

Project sponsor Sevan Torosyan in his speech highlighted the initiative and expressed hope that it would be productive.

"I am glad that there is such an institution in Artsakh. I am working in the field of construction and I think the new generation should get more specialized education in this area. The program should be continuous, "he said.
Executive Director of Yeznik Mozyan Vocational School, Vaspurak Karapetyan underlined the importance of such programs.

Accompanied by Vaspurak Karapetyan, the guests toured the school territory and got acquainted with the created conditions.
