STEPANAKERT,  DECEMBER 28, ARTSAKHPRESS: Artsakh NA Chairman, Ashot Ghulyan, said at the press conference held on December 28, adding that the most institutional and organized relations at that platform-the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee established with the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.

“It is priority for us to develop inter-parliamentary ties with those countries that show constant interest towards Artsakh. As a result, five friendly groups have been formed. The first of them was set up in 2012 in the Seimas of Lithuania, followed by the formation of a friendship group with France. Relationships are regulated by different formats. But in all cases the goal for us is universal-the international recognition of our country. We will try to implement it through the strengthening of inter-parliamentary ties, "said A. Ghulyan.
Ashot Ghulyan also touched upon the new parliament formed in Armenia and underlined that the cooperation between them will continue.

"We have two Armenian republics, whose relations, regardless of political changes, should be at the highest level, taking into account national and common goals," said Ghulyan.
