With the co-financing of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund and the state budget of the Republic of Artsakh, construction of 8 new houses has been started in Talish village of Martakert region since 2018.

STEPANAKERT,  JANUARY 21, ARTSAKHPRESS: Minister of Urban Planning of Artsakh Republic Karen Shahramanyan stated this at the press conference on January 21,noting that the construction of those 8 houses will  be completed in summer.
The minister informed that in 2018 four houses in Talish have been renovated by means of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund.
"There are all conditions for safe and comfortable life in Talish. The community has a newly built school and a kindergarten with shelters and playgrounds.
A community center, an aid station, an event hall have been built in Talish. The main road  has been renovated.
Residential houses  are fully repaired and furnished with necessary furniture. Presently, Talish has 2 newly built and 40 renovated houses. After the construction works, the Talish residents living in Alashan will return to their birthplace and start their normal life," the minister said.
