International Bloggers Forum launched in Stepanakert, Artsakh Republic. "Artsakhpress" provides Live Broadcast

STEPANAKERT, MARCH 20, ARTSAKHPRESS: “Artsakhakertum” non-governmental organization along with Artsakh Journalists Union organizes an international forum of bloggers in Stepanakert, Republic of Artsakh on March 19-20. Around 30 bloggers from 11  countries of the world attend the event.

 The main topic of the discussion are the coverage of conflicts on social media and the mechanism to guarantee the freedom of journalists and bloggers.
