STEPANAKERT, APRIL 10, ARTSAKHPRESS։ Artsrun Hovhannisyan made the statement at a news conference on Friday as he was asked to comment on Armenia’s somewhat passive reaction to the acts of agression provoked by the adversary.

Armine Sadikyan, a coordinator of peace projects at the Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly, warned against attributing the losses in the military only to the violations of ceasefire, noting that the fatalities caused by such violations accounted only for 25% of deaths from 2010 until 2014. She said that the number rose to 50% only after intensive acts of sabotage along the frontline since August.
