The “Heydar Aliyev Foundation” has denied the news that Leyla Aliyeva will be nominated a candidate from the ruling Yeni Azerbaycan Party (YAP) for the upcoming November elections to the Milli Majlis, Haqqin.az informed.

STEPANAKERT, JULY 7, ARTSAKHPRESS: It was mentioned in the official statement of the foundation that though Aliyeva leads a very active socio-political life, the information that she will be nominated a candidate for the parliamentary elections is groundless.

Earlier it was published in modern.az that Deputy Executive Secretary of the ruling party - Siyavush Novruzov - said that party members expressed their desire to nominate Leyla Aliyeva as YAP candidate for the upcoming parliamentary elections unanimously.
