Russian billionaire Sterligov to hold press conference in Shoushi

The Russian billionaire German Sterligov, who moved to Artsakh, called for a press conference in Shoushi today. Sterligov announced the press conference on his “ВКонтакте” page, adding that it will take place in the flourishing garden Nagorno-Karabakh’s ancient Armenian town Shoushi at noon.
