The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is now working towards arranging a meeting with Lusine Abovyan, a resident of Armenia’s Tavush region, who was reported to have gone missing after accidentally crossing into Azerbaijan.

STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 10, ARTSAKHPRESS: The information was confirmed to Tert.am by Zara Amatuni, a spokesperson for ICRC-Armenia.

Earlier, the mission had confirmed the reports that Abovyan, 76, was in Azerbaijan’s Kazakh region after crossing the border.
