Armenia and Azerbaijan presidents to meet in December
STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 4, ARTSAKHPRESS: As NEWS.am informs, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian, on Friday stated the aforesaid during an interview with Armenian journalists, and within the framework of the 22nd OSCE Ministerial Council, in the Serbian capital city of Belgrade.
“They are not yet informing about the official place and time of the meeting,” Nalbandian added. “They will inform about it in line with the relevant procedure, [and] in accordance with the agreements of the parties.
“[This] notwithstanding, Azerbaijan always breaches the agreement; it rushes. It’s incomprehensible what this will give to them.
“But we [i.e. the Armenian party] don’t do such thing, and we will inform [about it] in accordance with the agreements.
