On 4 February the leaders of "Free Motherland", “ The Democratic Party of Artsakh”, “ The Armenian Revolutionary Federation”, “ Movement 88”, and “ National Rebirth” parties met in NKR National Assembly and discuss the issue of starting political consultations on constitutional reforms in the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh.
