On February 8 the chairman of the Free Motherland party and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Haroutyunyan met with the deputies of 'Motherland' faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh to discuss issues related to constitutional reforms in Artsakh.
Artsakh leading political force held first meeting for discussion of constitutional reforms
STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 9, ARTSAKHPRESS: As the press service of the 'Free Motherland' party informed, Arayik Haroutyunyan presented some details from the discussion which took place between the representatives of the Artsakh political forces, adding that according to the reached agreement political consultations will be continued.
He emphasized that process has to take place under conditions of broad public debate, and as a result such constitution has to be adopted which will solve many key aspects of governance model and will correspond to features of Artsakh.
The participants exchanged views on the launched process, expressing willingness to conduct constructive discussions with other political forces to adopt more effective model of governance.
