On February 25, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan visited the Artsakh State University, where he delivered a speech in front of the academic staff and the students.
As the Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of NKR informs ''Artsakhpress'' in his speech Karen Mirzoyan presented the NKR foreign policy priorities and the activity of the Foreign Ministry, aimed at their realization.
Karen Mirzoyan also answered numerous questions, including those related to the prospects of the NKR international recognition, process of the peaceful settlement of the conflict between Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh, as well as strengthening cease-fire regime.
