On February 25, a festive concert took place at the Palace of Culture and Youth of Stepanakert with the participation of the pupils of 13 secondary schools of Stepanakert. The event was organized by the Department of Education and Sports of the City Hall of Stepanakert on the occasion of the Motherland Defender's Day.
As "Artsakhpress" reports, the Head of the Department of Education and Sports of the City Hall of Stepanakert Karlen Margaryan made a congratulatory speech at the beginning of the concert, noting that the purpose of such events is the patriotic education of schoolchildren. "Thanks to all the organizers, participants, music teachers, school directors, and all those who assisted in the organization of this event," - said K. Margaryan. At the end of the concert the City Hall of Stepanakert handed diplomas and music centres to all participating pupils for active participation in the festival.
