STEPANAKERT, APRIL 3, ARTSAKHPRESS: “It is planned that the mentioned issue will be discussed with the Armenia President in Berlin on April 5. This will be a good opportunity for the President and the Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian to discuss ways of settlement of the conflict,” the German MFA report reads.
