By disseminating a semi-literate letter, allegedly written by the NKR defense Minister and Army commander, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry did not understand that first of all basic knowledge of the Armenian language is needed in order to write a letter in Armenian.
The letter's style and literacy, or illiteracy, does not need any more comment.
