Igor Popov: Impossibility of Artsakh existence inside Azerbaijan is a matter of negotiations
STEPANAKERT, APRIL 9, ARTSAKHPRESS: OSCE Minsk Group Russian Co-chair Igor Popov announced about this in Yerevan. “We take the final stage of preparing the framework arrangements preceding the elaboration of the peace document as the starting point”, the Russian Co-chair said answering the question at which point will Nagorno Karabakh become a full member of negotiations.
To the question of the reporter “Don’t you think that it is no longer possible to incorporate Nagorno Karabakh into Azerbaijan in any form?”, Popov answered, “That issue is a matter of negotiations”.
