President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on July 26 sent a letter of condolences to Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe on the occasion of the tragedy that took place at care center in the Japanese city of Sagamihara, as a result of which dozens of innocent people were killed and wounded, the Presidential administration informed.
