STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 26, ARTSAKHPRESS: He also commented upon the remark by James Warlick, the US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, hailing the Azerbaijani President’s statement on granting autonomy to Nagorno-Karabakh.“What James Warlick means is probably the fact that it is a step forward for [Azerbaijani President] Ilham Aliyev, as he never addressed the topic over the recent years. So they aren’t absolutely vulnerable now. Six months ago, we wouldn’t see those devices when passing by the trenches,” he noted.
