Armenia to allocate $100mn to Karabakh next year
STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 31, ARTSAKHPRESS: The Minister of Finance, Vardan Aramyan, on Monday said the aforementioned speaking at the National Assembly hearings on the draft state budget for next year.
In 2016, it was initially planned to allocate 47.3 billion drams, but the government decided—in late October—to add another 3.3 billion drams to this loan.
