I am sure you will spare no effort in making the coming years a period of highs and achievements for the USA.

Today, on the eve of the 25th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic ties between Armenia and the United States, I express gratitude for the significant assistance which your country has provided during the last quarter century, aimed at establishment of Armenia’s democracy and economic growth. We highly appreciate the important role of the United States, as a co-chairing country of the OSCE Minsk Group, in the peaceful settlement process of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

I am sure during your Presidency the friendly Armenian-American relations will continue to strengthen and gain new achievements in various fields. I am convinced the involvement of Armenian-Americans will remain strong in our partnership.
