The European Union and Cuba signed an agreement on normalizing the relations, reports TASS.
EU, Cuba sign agreement to normalize relations
STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 12, ARTSAKHPRESS: The agreement on political dialogue and cooperation was signed by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini and Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla at the EU FMs meeting in Brussels.
“The first agreement in a history of the EU and Cuba presents the basis of the bilateral relations. It proposes an enhanced political dialogue, improved bilateral cooperation and joint actions in multilateral issues”, the EU Council earlier said.
The EU Council on December 6 made a decision to sign the document.
