STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 16, ARTSAKHPRESS: Inam Karimov, chairman of the state agency for the provision of services to citizens and social innovations under the president of Azerbaijan, informed about the aforementioned, according to Haqqin.az news agency of the country.
“This list will be included in the ASAN Viza system, which automatically will identify the persons that are prohibited from entering the country,” said Karimov.
In his words, the country itself is competent to resolve the matter of issuing visas.
The Azerbaijan MFA “blacklists” foreign nationals that visit Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh).
