The adversary breached the truce along the line of contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani opposing forces around 40 times, from late Wednesday night to early Thursday morning.

STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 5, ARTSAKHPRESS: During this time the Azerbaijani armed forces fired around 500 shots toward the Armenian military positions, and with shooting weapons, informed the press service of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army.
The NKR Defense Army vanguard units, however, took no actions in response. The situation is completely under the watchful control of Armenian forces.
