President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan on January 19 signed a decree on putting the NKR’s draft Constitution on a referendum, press service of the NKR President’s Office stated.
NKR’s Constitutional referendum to be held on February 20, 2017
STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 19, ARTSAKHPRESS: According to the decree, based on the consent given by the NKR Parliament to the NKR President's initiative for putting the draft Constitution on a referendum, the date for the referendum was appointed February 20, 2017.
