STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 20, ARTSAKHPRESS: As "Artsakhpress"reports, during the festive ceremony, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Haroutyunyan thanked the "Tashir Group" founder and benefactor Samvel Karapetyan for the continuous assistance to Artsakh.

This project, implemented by Samvel Karapetyan, contributed greatly to the growth of births, and I am sure that it will have a great contribution to the further development of Artsakh," said the Prime Minister.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The representative of "Tashir Charity Foundation” Narek Karapetyan congratulated the beneficiaries of the program and said that the birth of every child is a great event for the nation's survival and development.

 

 

 

 

Minister of Labour and Social Affairs of NKR Samvel Avanesyan said: “Being fully aware of the fact that the basis of a powerful and prosperous state is a healthy family, NKR authorities do their best for improving the wellbeing of Artsakh families,” he said, adding that over the past 10 years, state policy was directed not only to the formation of new families, but also to the demographic growth.

“Samvel Karapetyan's  program will be valid for 3 years. So, the "Tashir" Charity Foundation  will allocate US $ 4,000 in aid the families having the fourth child in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) in 2016. We express our gratitude to Samvel Karapetyan for implementing such a program in Artsakh,” he said.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mariam Mirzajanyan, a mother of 4 boys,  expressed his gratitude to Samvel Karapetyan for an unprecedented project implemented in Artsakh.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Diana Gabrielian, the mother of two sisters said. "We are grateful to Samvel Karapetyan and wish every family to have at least 4 children. We have 4 girls and we will definitely have the 5th   child also."

 

 

 

 

 

“This project is of great importance for us. It gives us an opportunity to renovate our apartment, for creating a comfortable conditions for our children. I have 4 children. They are future soldiers for our country, "said Marlen Simonyan,  the  resident of Hovtashen village, Martakert region.

 

 

 

 

 

At the end of the ceremony, a film was shown on charitable programs implemented in Artsakh by "Tashir Group”.
