STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 17, ARTSAKHPRESS: NKR Defense Army soldier Garegin Argamanyan, 20, lost his life at the permanent stationing area of a Defense Army unit, and as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning, informed the Artsakh defense army press service.
