At a briefing with journalists, Ashot Ghulyan said that the Constitution is a very comprehensive document.
Constitution will increase the readiness of Artsakh against all challenges: both enternal and external threats.
I am sure that this is one of the main missions of the Constitution. Constitution will strengthen rules aimed at ensuring the security of our country, the development of the democratic system, human rights protection and the efficiency of the public administration and the local self-government, "he said.
Referring to Azerbaijan's statement that they will not accept the results of the referendum held in Artsakh and will not be recognized by the international community, Ashot Ghoulyan said. "It is the neighboring country's problem, and I believe that the sooner they get out of this psychological complex, it will be much better.”
