STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 20, ARTSAKHPRESS: At a briefing with journalists, president of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan told the above-said.
Along the lines of this work, the population of this rural community is expected to grow, and it will have more residents than before April 2016.
In April 2016, the NKR’s Talish village became one of the targets of Azerbaijani aggression. Three elderly residents of this rural community were brutally killed by Azerbaijani barbarians, and the villagers were forced to leave their homes.
