STEPANAKERT, MARCH 1, ARTSAKHPRESS: Edward Nalbandian said the above-said at a briefing with journalists.
“The negotiations over Nagorno Karabakh conflict going on with the Co-chairs are aimed at the exclusively peaceful settlement based on Artsakh’s self-determination in terms of recognition. Azerbaijan fails the negotiations. The leadership of that country has appeared in a deadlock and tries to succeed with using force. But our armed forces make such intentions and illusions fruitless as well”, Nalbandian said.
