On 20 March President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree posthumously awarding private of the NKR Defense Army Arman Ghoukasyan with the "For Service in Battle" medal for courage shown during the defence of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic state border.

On 20 March President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree posthumously awarding private of the NKR Defense Army Arman Ghoukasyan with the "For Service in Battle" medal for courage shown during the defence of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic state border. The Central Information Departmentof the Nagorno Karabakh President's office informed “Artsakhpress” about this.
