STEPANAKERT, MAY 8, ARTSAKHPRESS: Sargsyan was accompanied by the defense ministers of Armenia and Artsakh.
More than 200 conscription servicemen of military bases nearby Stepanakert are participating in this educational program.
The program is organized jointly by the Armenian defense ministry and the Simonyan educational foundation since February.
TUMO-Army was launched in Dilijan’s TUMO center, where the soldiers have already overcome the first stage of the project.
The program will enable servicemen to gain skills and knowledge in a unique educational environment, which will increase their competitiveness both during service and after discharge.
President Sargsyan toured the center and reviewed the process of education and future programs.
