On 9 May within the framework of celebrations to mark the Victory Holiday, the 25th anniversary of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Defense Army and the Liberation of Shoushi Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan together with President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and NKR second President Arkady Ghoukasyan attended the Stepanakert Memorial Complex, Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President stated.

STEPANAKERT, MAY 9, ARTSAKHPRESS: He laid a wreath and flowers to the monuments commemorating martyrs perished in the Great Patriotic War and the Artsakh Liberation Struggle.
On the same day Bako Sahakyan, Serzh Sargsyan and Arkady Ghoukasyan visited the town of Shoushi and laid garlands and flowers to the pedestal of the tank-monument and the monument of Sparapet Vazgen Sargsyan.
The leaders of the two Armenian states were also present at "The Town of Arts and Crafts" exhibition-fair and watched the festive concert organized in the Vazgen Sargsyan square of Shoushi.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, Armenian National Assembly chairman Galoust Sahakyan, NKR National Assembly chairman Ashot Ghoulyan, prime-minister Arayik Haroutyunyan, high-ranking officials from Artsakh and Armenia, guests from the Diaspora and abroad partook at the festive events.
