The harvest of grain crops has started in Artsakh

On June 16 , the Plant Production and Protection Department’s head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Artsakh, Vilen Avetisian informed "Artsakhpress" that from 58. 48 hectares sowing areas for grain harvest 6189 hectares have been reaped.

STEPANAKERT, JUNE 16, ARTSAKHPRESS: Overall, the gross yield amounted to 15 thousand 535, 3 tons.

"Overall they gave 10 hectares of wheat, 6179 hectares of barley.

The average yield is 25.1 quintals per hectare as compared to 23, 2 quintals per hectare of the previous year," he noted.
