STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 19, ARTSAKHPRESS: In an interview with “Artsakhpress,” the head of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund's Artsakh office Valeri Ghazaryan said that construction works launched in June 2016 are in the final stage and it is planned to put it into operation in November.
“Two-storey multifunctional community center of Tumi will house the mayor’s office, a health care point, a library, a computer room, a hall designed for events and gatherings, as well as sanitary devices to be installed in sanitary units, “ he said and added that the building will be furnished and will have heating and ventilation systems.
Touching upon the importance of the program, Ghazaryan noted that thanks to the new community center of Tumi village, the main public institutions will no longer operate in uncomfortable conditions.
