STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 30, ARTSAKHPRESS:Russia has repeatedly stressed that the sanctions pressure has been exhausted, and that all the resolutions that imposed sanctions necessarily included demands to resume the political process, resume negotiations, and this is completely ignored by the American side, RIA Novosti reported.
“I think this is a big mistake,” the Russian minister told journalists.
