STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 24, ARTSAKHPRESS:On Wednesday Artsakh Defense Minister, Levon Mnatsakanyan, said the aforementioned as a response to the question of Artsakhpress correspondent. He added that they attach importance to the exploitation of the college; however, a final decision hasn’t been made.
