France urges Karabakh parties to refrain from statements that could cause tension

STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 21, ARTSAKHPRESS:Asked about France’s position on the recent Aliyev’s claims that “Yerevan and Zangezur are the historic territories of Azerbaijan”, French Foreign Ministry said:

“France is involved in the process of settling the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict through peaceful negotiations. France calls on the parties to the conflict to work in this direction, to refrain from any statements and actions that could cause tension.”
