STEPANAKERT, APRIL 4, ARTSAKHPRESS:The Armenia player outplayed FIDE Master Mohannad Farhan at the first round, the Chess Federation of Armenia said.

Vladimir’s son Eduard, who is also taking part in the tournament, lost his game against GM Levan Pantsulaia of Georgia at the first round.

Round 2 is scheduled for today.
