STEPANAKERT, MAY 23, ARTSAKHPRESS:Head of the Ishkhanadzor community, Arsen Telunts, told ArtsakhPress that the first ten detached houses were built through the “National Lottery”.

During the years that followed, the Artsakh government and the “Kashatagh” charitable foundation continued the construction.

“The construction is being implemented at different places at the same time. The families will arrive as soon as the street is ready. During its designing works, the question of infrastructures has been taken into account. The detached houses will be provided with all the conveniences. The roof works of nearly 45 houses have been completed. Interior furnishing works are underway in twenty houses. The construction works are set to be completed in about two months,’’ Arsen Telunts noted.

“Already seventy families want to resettle. Currently, the school has 110 pupils compared to the 57 of the past year. Growth is noticeable both in birth and resettlement. There are over 60 children of pre-school age. With the increase of pupils there will be problems with the building conditions, since the classrooms are small,’’ Arsen Telunts added.

In his words, after the 50 detached houses are put into operation, the construction of another 50 will be launched with the financing of the same sources.
