STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 19, ARTSAKHPRESS: “On Novermer 18 he underwent a medical examination. Somatic abnormalities have not been found,” the NKR Republican Medical Center’s Deputy Director Alen Petrosyan informed Artsakhpress, adding that because of the lack of appropriate measures, it is not possible to learn about details concerning mental state of Andranik Grigoryan yet.
