Despite the international community’s repeated calls and proposals for ending the violence around Nagorno-Karabakh, and Armenia’s consistent efforts towards meeting the calls, Azerbaijan continues the policy of aggression on both the frontline and around the table of negotiations, the Press Service of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic informed.
Karabakh military suppresses Azerbaijani aggression on Line of Contact
STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 6, ARTSAKHPRESS: Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army reports that the frontline subdivisions of Azerbaijan’s armed forces launched a fresh attack against the Armenian defense positions stationed along the Line of Contact, releasing fire from weapons of different calibers, including 60mm and 83mm mine launchers (around 35 mines) and TR-107 anti-missile launchers (4 mines).
The Defense Army managed to take prompt action to suppress the adversary.
The frontier troops of the Defense Army are in control of the situation and continue confidently carrying out their combat duty.
