The unprecedented tension on the border on April 1 and 2 has put the Yerkrapah (Country Defenders) on full alert, reports Tert.am, referring to the press service of the Yerkrapah Union of Volunteers.

STEPANAKERT, APRIL 3, ARTSAKHPRESS: “The Head Department of the Union is operating a situation room, and situation rooms are working in the regional offices as well,” the report reads.
Active citizens are arriving at the Union’s offices. Freedom fighters, students doctors and medical nurses, other specialists are applying to the offices for registration.
Several thousand young people have applied for going to the frontline.
The Yerkrapah Union of Volunteers is coordinating its actions with the relevant government bodies, ministers of defense of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh and supreme commanders-in-chief of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh.
