STEPANAKERT, APRIL 13, ARTSAKHPRESS: This was stated by Chairman of the Nagorno- Karabakh POWs, Hostages and Missing people Commission Viktor Kocharyan.

“I have received this information by the representatives of the International Red Cross Committee. Now that information is being clarified, if we determine that the corpse is in fact the corpse of the missing Armenian soldier, immediate transfer of the body will be conducted,” Viktor Kocharyan said.
