NKR Foreign Minister presented the official position of Artsakh on Madrid Principles

STEPANAKERT, APRIL 21, ARTSAKHPRESS: Today during the plenary session of the NKR National Assembly, the NKR foreign minister Karen Mirzoyanan answered in reply to a parliamentary question concerning the official position of Artsakh on the Madrid principles .

According to him, only in case of the participation of Artsakh in negotiations will give an opportunity to discuss and implement the reached aggreements.
